a slipmat or sheet of parchment paper. Stir all ingredients (except the dried fruit) together and mix
completely. Smooth a thin, even layer onto prepared baking sheet, and bake for
20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cool completely, stir in the dried fruit, and store in an
installation, Broken Bridge II, over
West 21st and 22nd Streets on the High Line, which will
be on view through September.
